Supervising Receptionist

I have worked for Strong Foundation Behavioral Health Clinic for the past 3 yrs. I am the Supervising Receptionist, I primarily answer phone calls, check patients in and out, set up appointments for new and returning patients, monitoring the fax machine and. I like helping people, my main goal is to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible because we never know what a person is going through.

When a patent has finished their session with the provider and I tell them to have a bless day and they smile at me. That really makes me feel like I have done a good deed for the day. One of the things I love to do outside of my job is fishing. I also like working in the garden, flower bed and on occasion I like to ride my ATV on the country side.
