Jessica is a dedicated professional and valued member of the Strong Foundation Behavioral Health Clinic team. Starting as a receptionist, Jessica quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Her ability to adapt and her diverse career experiences have supported her growth into the role in the billing department

Jessica holds an Associate’s degree in Business with a concentration in Medical Billing and Coding from Dyersburg State Community College and is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from Austin Peay State University. Her educational achievements reflect her commitment to personal growth and professional development.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Jessica is actively involved in her local church, where she serves as a trustee, Sunday School teacher, and a member of the leadership planning committee. She treasures the opportunity to serve others through the work of Christ and values her role in fostering a positive and supportive community.
